Go it Alone

Yes, it's Beck again, this time in pencil crayon! With this picture I wanted to illustrate his folk-music background and the isolation of his struggle to the top, by throwing in a little surrealism and symbolism. You can interpret it however you want though.

This is unusual for me as I drew it mostly off the top of my head, making the style stylistic rather than realistic - though I did try to manipulate the colours accordingly, at least in some parts! For these reasons and more, I was hesitant to submit it, meaning this is several months old now. The actual artwork is longer than this, more panoramic, but I cropped it for DA.

As usual, the title is that of a Beck song, from Guero.
